The Darak Views provides astrological chart generation (Western Astrology, Bazi/Four Pillars, Zi Wei Dou Shu), AI-assisted interpretation (DeepTalk), and related analytical tools. The Service is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

3. Virtual Currency (Credits)

• The Service uses an in-app virtual currency denominated in US Dollars ("Credits").
• Credits are non-transferable and may only be used within the Service for designated features (e.g., DeepTalk consultations, additional profile slots).
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred to any other person or platform.
• The Company reserves the right to modify Credit pricing, features, and availability at any time.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Birth data (date, time, location) you provide must be accurate; the Service is not responsible for results derived from inaccurate input.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, designs, and code within The Darak Views are the property of the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Astrological interpretations are for reference only and should not replace professional advice.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. In the event of permanent discontinuation, remaining Credit balances will be handled according to the Refund Policy.
