Refund Policy

1. Digital Content & Virtual Currency
The Darak Views offers digital content and services powered by an in-app virtual currency (Credits, denominated in USD). Due to the nature of digital goods, the following refund conditions apply.
2. Refund Eligibility (IMPORTANT)
- You may request a full refund of your charged Credit balance within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- However, if even $0.01 (one cent) of the charged amount has been used for any service — including but not limited to DeepTalk consultations, profile slot additions, or any other Credit-consuming feature — the purchase shall be deemed as digital content delivery initiated, and the entire remaining balance becomes non-refundable.
- Refund requests after the 7-day window will not be processed under any circumstances.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@darakview.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Email]".
- Include your account email address and the approximate date of purchase.
- Our team will verify eligibility (no usage, within 7-day window) and process the refund within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback (payment dispute) through your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly, your account may be permanently suspended. We encourage you to reach out to us first at support@darakview.com to resolve any billing concerns.
5. Service Discontinuation
In the unlikely event that The Darak Views permanently ceases operations, users with unused Credit balances will be notified and offered a pro-rated refund for unused Credits, regardless of the 7-day window.
